Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in PR or Information and Communications required.
• Courses taken in Network Multimedia Design, Digital Publishing and Creative Strategies and Proposal Writing required.

[ Account Manager ]
Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles
The Account Manager will Develop, manage, plan, and grow sales of MSI products (motherboard, video card, notebook, all in one PC, etc.) in US distribution channel. This position will focus on increasing/expanding sales opportunities with existing customers, as well as full responsibility of development, implementation and execution of programs to achieve assigned business goals. He/she will also need to develop strong relationship with distributor Product Manager, Sales Team, and distributor’s large resellers.
Responsibilities:
• Implement, execute and articulate vision and direction of MSI into US distribution channel
• Create a customer centric vision for MSI products and translates into business results
• Manage distribution marketing plan, budget, campaign and all related activities
• Manage and grow sales of MSI Products in US distribution channel
• Coordinates and arranges weekly or monthly scheduled meetings
• Distributor Sales Training
• Attend Trade Show Events
• Travel approximately 35%
• Ability to present MSI product
• Respond to all inquiries and requests from distribution partners in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and develop programs that make effective use to drive the MSI brand and sales results
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure full communication mix (promotions, PR, events, training, etc.) that supports the business goals.
• Influence and drive company's product messaging, positioning and the market development strategy, as well as define objectives in revenue and market share growth in US distribution channel
• Monitor weekly sales and inventory report
• Competition Analysis: Track competition activities; ask detailed questions to better understand the competition’s market share, top selling models.
• Promote new product and sell-in into distribution channel
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Perform other job duties as manager assigned*
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of the distribution PC market is required
• At least 4 years+ sales experience of direct or distribution channels sells
• Excellent communication, strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution ability
• Demonstrate skills and experience in developing, implementing, planning, and managing processes
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Clear ability to multi-task, learn and leverage a variety of applications
• Proactive, aggressive, team work, and self-motivated
• Confident doing presentation and speaking in front of large groups and/or senior management
• Result and detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bilingual in Mandarin is plus

Job Duties:
• Develop and grow sales of MSI products in US reseller channel
• Build relationship and grow business with resellers & system integrators in US
• Develop and execute channel programs to grow channel sales
• Respond to all inquiries and requests from resellers in a timely and professional manner
• Perform duties: calls, client meetings, product training, and provide marketing support to enhance MSI presence & business with customers
Qualifications:
