[ Technical Support Staff ]
Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles
 
Our Service and Support provides technical support and customer service to MSI products, such as Motherboard, VGA, Barebone system, AIO, and Laptop etc.

In this position, you will track, manage, and communicate "bug" reports and problems through resolution. Provide sales support in meeting customer needs and drive customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between the customer and the engineering team. Develop and deliver products based on customer needs within the desired timeframe. Be responsible for performing necessary lab-based debugging to resolve technical problems encountered by customers. Act intuitively and respond quickly to rapid changes in the technical environment. Work with new and developing technology that may lead to unforeseen technical challenges. Provide technical support and well-crafted customer service solutions to customers.

Your strong presentation, communication, and writing skills will help when interfacing with external and internal customers, marketing, sales, and repair department. You must be able to communicate technical information/customer service to individuals with different levels of technical knowledge and use your increasing technical knowledge to ask the customer appropriate questions.
 
Qualifications:
  • More than two years’ experience in computer industry (Motherboard manufacturer will be plus)
  • College degree or higher (E.E. will be plus)
  • Strong in hardware knowledge & troubleshooting
  • Familiar with Microsoft OS & Linux
  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Efficient task-tracking and problem-solving techniques
  • Team oriented

[ Account Manager - Distribution ]
Job Duties:
  • Distribution Account Manager will Develop, manage, plan, and grow sales of MSI products (motherboard, video card, notebook, all in one PC, etc.) in US distribution channel. This position will focus on increasing/expanding sales opportunities with existing customers, as well as full responsibility of development, implementation and execution of programs to achieve assigned business goals. He/she will also need to develop strong relationship with distributor Product Manager, Sales Team, and distributor’s large resellers.
  • Implement, execute and articulate vision and direction of MSI into US distribution channel
  • Create a customer centric vision for MSI products and translates into business results
  • Manage distribution marketing plan, budget, campaign and all related activities
  • Manage and grow sales of MSI Products in US distribution channel
  • Coordinates and arranges weekly or monthly scheduled meetings 
  • Distributor Sales Training
  • Attend Trade Show Events
  • Ability to present MSI product(s) 
  • Respond to all inquiries and requests from distribution partners in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and develop programs that make effective use to drive the MSI brand and sales results

  • Promote new product and sell-in into distribution channel

Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of the distribution PC market is required
  • At least 4+ years sales experience of direct or distribution channels sells
  • Excellent communication, strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution ability
  • Demonstrate skills and experience in developing, implementing, planning, and managing processes
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Clear ability to multi-task, learn and leverage a variety of applications.

Job Duties:
  • Reseller Account Manager will Develop, manage, plan, and grow sales of MSI products (motherboard, video card, notebook, all in one PC, etc.) in US reseller channel. This position will focus on increasing/expanding sales opportunities with existing & potential resellers, as well as development/ implementation/ execution of programs to achieve assigned sales goal per accounts. He/she will also need to develop strong relationship with resellers.
  • Create a customer centric vision for MSI products and translates into business results
  • Manage reseller marketing plan, budget, campaign and all related activities
  • Coordinates and tracks weekly or monthly sales results thru assigned reseller accounts 
  • Ability to present MSI product(s) and resellers sales/product training
  • Respond to all inquiries and requests from reseller partners in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and develop programs that make effective use to drive the MSI brand and sales results with assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure full communication mix (promotions, PR, events, training, etc.) that supports the business goals.
  • Competition Analysis: Track competition activities; ask detailed questions to better understand the competition’s market share, top selling models.

Job Duties:
  • Business Develop Manager will Develop, manage, plan, and grow sales of MSI products (motherboard, video card, barebone PC, etc.) thru US distribution channels. This position will focus on increasing/expanding sales opportunities with existing customers (thru distribution partners / co-work with distribution account managers), as well as focus on business engagement/ development with new accounts. He/she will also need to develop strong relationship with distributors’ Product Manager, & Sales Team.
  • Create a customer centric vision for MSI products and translates into business results
  • Manage incentive program, budget, campaign and all related activities
  • Manage and grow sales of MSI Products by new business engagements
  • Coordinates and arranges weekly or monthly scheduled meetings 
  • Ability to perform MSI product introduction & customer training
  • Attend Distribution Trade Show Events
  • Respond to all inquiries and requests from new customers in a timely and professional manner

  • 撰寫微星科技活動報導,撰寫產品使用者體驗論壇文章(中英文撰寫能力),蒐集有關微星科技品牌或產品報導之所有消息,並注意發掘具有新聞價值及能引發讀者興趣之適合微星科技之新聞題材。
  • 運用清晰優美聲音,敏銳觀察力,精準之分析性思想及明晰之表達能力來發想活動前新聞稿,活動中Live直播分享活動實況,以及活動後之追蹤報導,並收集其他媒體與客戶對此活動的報導及意見。
  • 每周固定收集產品線相關之國際媒體報導,分析媒體報導之重點敘述,產品優缺點以收集正面推薦與改善建議,此外對於競品報導分析至少每個月收集一次,並按照MSI產品系列的競品整理分類。
  • 具備英文新聞稿翻譯成中文跟中文新聞稿翻譯成英文之能力,對於產業與產品之中英文也要略通,對電競筆電產品有高度興趣且具備英文溝通以及提問與整合說明的能力者佳。
