When the battery capacity is lower than 10%, the performance of discrete NVIDIA GPU is the same as in battery mode even when I plugin the power adapter. How to fix this problem?

Answer
It’s because the discrete NVIDIA GPU is always stay in D2 state, you can update the latest BIOS or VBIOS to solve this problem.
