What if I have compatibility problem with Thunderbolt™ 3 devices?

Answer
1. Please update the Thunderbolt™ 3 driver from MSI Notebook driver download page.
2. Update the latest Thunderbolt™ 3 firmware from MSI Notebook firmware download page.
3. Please check if there is any Firmware update on your own Thunderbolt™ 3 device website.
4. Test different Thunderbolt™ 3 cable. The Thunderbolt™ 3 cable may not get Thunderbolt™ 3 certificate and brings compatibility problem.
5. Test the Thunderbolt™ 3 device on other computer and compare the test result with MSI Notebook, if other computer doesn’t have the same problem, please report the issue to MSI local service center.
