My notebook has Dual-fan, but why can I feel only one fan running? How does the dual-fan system work? (For models with dual-fan design)

When the notebook is working, the GPU fan will start running once the GPU is in use. The Dual-fan’s running speed depends on the loading and the temperature of the CPU and GPU. The fan speed is adjusted automatically in order to have the best heat dissipation. Each fan is not only working towards CPU or GPU for heat dissipation, but also helps on lowering the temperature inside the notebook.
