MSI Notebook has the USB (Type-A) port power support set "Enabled" by default when the system enters Sleep/Hibernate/Shutdown.

To adjust the setup, refer to the steps below to change the settings in BIOS menu.

1. Press the power button to power on the system.

2. Press "Delete" key when MSI logo shows up to enter the BIOS menu.

3. Under the "Advanced" tab, find the option "USB Power in Sleep and Hibernation" and change the settings by preference.

4. Press "F10" key and select "Yes" to save and reset the system.
