Answer

MSI Notebook that bundled with higher refresh rate display supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) by default that allows the built-in display to sync its refresh rate with the framerate(FPS) in games.

VRR helps to reduce screen tearing in games that don't support display sync features; not only display but also the game itself requires the support for VRR in order to communicate and keep each other in sync.

Occasionally, under MSHybrid mode, specific games that don't support VRR will encounter display flicker due to VRR being enabled.

If the games are showing signs of flickering in MSHybrid mode, manually disable VRR in the system settings.

Disable Variable Refresh Rate (VRR)

Click on Windows icon > Settings > Display > Graphics > Change default graphics settings, then toggle the option for Variable Refresh Rate.
