Answer

There is a recognized problem in Microsoft Windows where attempting to log in using a PIN encounters failures, particularly when switching to Discrete graphics mode, with error codes 0xd00000225 or 0xd000a002.

 

Step 1: Log in with your password

If the PIN login fails, Please login with your password to enter the Windows system.

By click on [Sign-in options],and choose [Password] to log in .

 

Step 2: Remove PIN

1. After entering the Windows syste, click the Windwos icon on the taskbar and then go to  Windows Settings. 


2. Click [Accounts]
   
   
   
    


3. Click [Sign-in options]. 
   
   
   
    


4. Click [PIN (Windows Hello)] and click [Remove] to remove the PIN.  
   
   
   
    


5. Click [Remove]to confirm the removal of your PIN.  
   
   
   
    


6. Enter your Microsoft Windows system password to verify your identity, and click OK  to remove the PIN.  
   
   
   
    


7. After the PIN is removed, you can create again a new PIN to login to Windows system as needed , or login by other Windows Hello login methods.
