There is a recognized problem in Microsoft Windows where attempting to log in using a PIN encounters failures, particularly when switching to Discrete graphics mode, with error codes 0xd00000225 or 0xd000a002.
Step 1: Log in with your password
If the PIN login fails, Please login with your password to enter the Windows system.
By click on [Sign-in options],and choose [Password] to log in .
Step 2: Remove PIN
- After entering the Windows syste, click the Windwos icon on the taskbar and then go to Windows Settings.
- Click [Accounts]
- Click [Sign-in options].
- Click [PIN (Windows Hello)] and click [Remove] to remove the PIN.
- Click [Remove]to confirm the removal of your PIN.
- Enter your Microsoft Windows system password to verify your identity, and click OK to remove the PIN.
- After the PIN is removed, you can create again a new PIN to login to Windows system as needed , or login by other Windows Hello login methods.
