I have enabled "Resume By USB Device" in BIOS and unticked "Turn on fast startup" in Windows, why I still can't wake my system up from S3/S4/S5 from keyboard or mouse plugged in USB 3.1 Gen2 port?

Please enable "Resume By PCI-E Device" in BIOS.
