Why my CPU temperature is 80~90 degree under BIOS page?

Please help to follow the below steps for checking:
1. Check the CPU fan if install properly?
2. Please check the CPU thermal grease is smeared well? If not, please add some thermal grease.
3. Please change other CPU to verify if the temperature is normal
