I have installed all the Drivers but I will still see an "Unknown device" under device manager.

Windows XP don't support the Intel Smart Connect Technology, please follow the below steps to disabled this function.Go to BIOS setup>>Setting >> Advanced >> Intel Smart Connect Configuration >> Set Intel Smart Connect Technology to Disabled
