2. Select “SETTINGS” Menu → “Advanced” → “Integrate Peripheral Devices”, check to see if the “HD Audio Controller” is “enabled.”
See if the Sound Card driver has been installed
1. Right click “Windows” in the operating system → Select “Device Manager.”
2. Select “Audio, Video, and Game Controllers” to see if there are any exclamation marks on “Realtek” related sound card devices.
3. If there are any driver-related anomalies, please go to the MSI Official Website and search for the motherboard model to install the audio driver for the motherboard: “Realtek HD Universal Driver (include Nahimic Driver).”
See if the Realtek Audio Console is working normally
1. Click “Windows” and see if the “Realtek Audio Console” has been installed. If not, please install it from the Microsoft Store.
2. Check to see if the audio output device is connected to the correct port.

See if the Playback Device is setup correctly
1. Click the speaker icon in the bottom right of the desktop to see if the current playback device is setup correctly.
If it wasn’t setup correctly, click the icon on the right to reset.
Check to see if the audio device is working normally
Try to connect the audio device to other devices and cross-test to check if the audio device is working normally on other devices. If not, there may be an issue with the audio device itself.
If the issue persists after the aforementioned troubleshooting has been performed, it may be a hardware issue. It is recommended that you send the product to the nearest MSI service center for further inspection.
