If you are unable to enter the BIOS, please first confirm if your computer can boot up properly. If it cannot boot up successfully, please refer to [Motherboard] What to do if there is no power after booting up or no display on the monitor for troubleshooting. If your computer can boot up normally but you cannot enter the BIOS, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Check if the keyboard is functioning properly
When booting up, continuously press the "Delete" key to enter the BIOS. If pressing the key does not take you to the BIOS, first ensure that your keyboard is properly connected and functioning correctly.
2. Remove the motherboard CMOS battery to reset the BIOS settings
When your computer has settings such as fast boot or improper BIOS configurations, it may prevent normal access to the BIOS. Please ensure that the power is turned off, then remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard and wait for 3-5 minutes before reinserting it. This action will restore the BIOS settings to their default factory values.
If you have followed the steps and the issue persists, please contact the MSI's customer service center for further assistance.
