If the motherboard cannot find a Bluetooth device or is unable to connect to a Bluetooth device. Please troubleshoot with steps below:

• Check whether the Bluetooth device is functioning properly
• Check the system Bluetooth switch status
• Properly install Bluetooth Driver
• Bluetooth pairing

Check whether the Bluetooth device is functioning properly

Check whether the Bluetooth device is discoverable, or if another Bluetooth device can be connected, such as a mobile phone. If so, check whether the Bluetooth device is functioning properly and is in a discoverable state.

If unable to search for a Bluetooth device, or if it is not discoverable, check the mother board’s Bluetooth status and if the system Bluetooth function is turned on.

Check the system Bluetooth switch status

Click “Windows key” on the lower left corner of the desktop systems →“Settings” →“Devices”.

Check the Bluetooth status. If it is off, turn it on manually.

Properly install Bluetooth Driver

1. Enter the MSI Website Click the “Magnifier” icon on the upper right corner. For example: For the MEG Z590 ACE motherboard, select the “Search” icon on the upper right corner and enter “MEG Z590 ACE”. Press “Enter” to search.

2. Find MEG Z590 ACE and click “Download”.

3. Click “Drivers”, select the version, and download the Bluetooth driver.

4. Decompress the downloaded Bluetooth driver and execute the Bluetooth installation file to install.

5. Click “Next” until installation is complete.

6. After completing the installation, click “This PC” on the desktop and right click “Manage”.

7. Select “Device Manager” to check whether the Bluetooth Driver under the “Bluetooth” option has been successfully installed.

Bluetooth pairing

1. To connect to Bluetooth on a mobile phone, click “Add Bluetooth or other device” “Bluetooth”.

2. Click a Bluetooth device to connect.

3. Click “Connect” and click “Pair” on the mobile phone.

4. The mobile phone is connected to the computer through Bluetooth.

System recovery

If the above methods prove ineffective, refer to How to perform system recovery. Check whether the problem has been excluded after restoring the system to factory default settings.
