This issue is related to the Windows 11 version and the video playback application on the system display settings page. To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below to obtain the latest Windows version updates and application updates.
1. Manually run "Windows Update"
Go to Settings → Select "Windows Update". Continue to install Windows updates until there are no more updates available, including optional updates.
2. Manually update by running "Microsoft Store" updates.
2-1. Open the Microsoft Store.
2-2. Click on the "Library" tab and select "Get updates." Continue to install Microsoft Store updates until there are no more updates available (including optional updates).
