Use Event Viewer for targeted troubleshooting
Record system crash incident and open up [Event Viewer].
In line with the previous system crash time, please search for errors in [Application] and [System] logs and determine their sources.
If the error is associated with any [specific malicious or unused application] and causes computer to crash, please uninstall the source program.
