Confirm network devices and status
Please use a smartphone or another computer to confirm if the router and wireless access point are functioning properly. If other devices cannot connect to the network either, it is suggested to contact your internet service provider and check the hardware or settings of the router and wireless access point.
If only the computer cannot use the wireless network, please continue with the following troubleshooting steps:
Check the Wi-Fi indicator light on the computer:
If the indicator light is not on, check if airplane mode is enabled. If airplane mode is disabled, please go to the Windows Control Center and enable the Wi-Fi function.
If the indicator light is on, it indicates that the Wi-Fi function is already enabled. Please continue with the following troubleshooting steps.
