How to install Windows 10?
Please follow the instructions below:
● Before you start the process make sure you have:
- o A blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space
- o A computer with a stable internet connection
● Create a windows installation USB flash drive
- o Insert the flash drive into a USB port on your computer
- o Go Microsoft website to download Windows 10 installation media
- o Select [Download tool now]
o Select [Run]
o Select [Accept]
o Select [Create installation media(USB flash drive,DVD,or ISO file) for another PC] and click [Next]
o Click [Next]
o Select [USB flash drive] and click [Next]
o Click [Next]
o Wait for the process to finish, then select [Finish] to end the session
● Please restart your computer to continue
● Setup BIOS
o When first starting the booting process, keep tapping [Delete] to enter BIOS Menu.
o Go [Settings]→[Advanced] →[Integrated Peripherals], set [SATA mode] to [AHCI Mode].
o Select [SETTINGS] → [Advanced] → select [Windows OS Configurations] → Set [ Windows 10 WHQL Support] as [UEFI].
● Please restart your computer to continue
● Perform Windows 10 installation process
o When first starting the booting process, keep tapping [F11] on keyboard to enter boot device selection screen, select UEFI: USB Flash Drive, hit [Enter key] to continue
o Warm reminder: The boot devices will be showing according to the disk you are using
o Under the Windows installation environment, select [Next] to continue
o Click [Install now]
o If you have the product key, please input it here and go [Next] or select [I don’t have a product key] to continue.
o Select the operating system you want to install and go [Next]
o Check [I accept the license terms] and go [Next]
o Select [Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)]
Note: All the data and files on the disk will be completely erased , we recommend you to back up your files before you continue
o Select the disk partition where you want to install the system then click [Next]
o After running the installation process, the computer will restart automatically and enter Windows Initial Setup Environment
● Windows Initial Setup
o Select your area and click [Yes] to continue
o Select a keyboard layout and click [yes] to continue
o Add a second keyboard layout or go [Skip]
o Connect to an available Ethernet or Wireless network or select [I don't have Internet]
o Name your PC/ user name and click [next]
o Set a password for your computer. If you don’t need a password, select [next] to skip
o The following Settings can be enabled according to your personal needs
o The following Settings can be enabled according to your personal needs
o Wait until the configuration settings completed, you will enter the Windows desktop straightly, at this stage means the operating system has been installed successfully.
